Shipping Policy
Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After receiving your order confirmation you will receive another email notification once your order has been shipped along with the tracking number. If you have selected local delivery you will receive an update when your order has been packaged and then delivered to your door.
Postage Delays
Sometimes deliveries may experience delays, this may be due to high volume of orders or due to problems associated with Australia Post. Although we aim to have your items delivered on time some issues are outside of our control.
Out of Stock
On some occasions products may be out of stock, due to popular demand and multiple retailing platforms inventory on the website may be incorrect. if you have purchased a product/s and they are out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible via email and will have the option to receive a total refund, partial refund or you may choose to wait for new stock.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Flat rate shipping rates: We offer a flat rate of $8.99 for Standard delivery or $12.99 for Express Shipping within Australia

Local delivery
We offer local delivery in Geelong. Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends or public holidays) for your order to be delivered. Orders are delivered in between 9am and 6pm. On occasions parcels may be delivered later than 6pm if approved you first. We try to deliver your products as soon as we can, however we may experience a high volume of orders or services which may delay delivery times. We send you a notification once it has been delivered. Unfortunately items that are stolen will not be replaced, only on special circumstances.
International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping, items can only be shipped within Australia.
How do I check my order status?
When your item has been packaged or is ready for local delivery Shopify will send you an email notification. Once your item has been shipped you will then receive tracking details to check the status of your items. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your item in 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email please contact elitedermalclinic@outlook.com with your name and order number and we can look into it for you.
