Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Elite Dermal. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!

 

 

Returning an online purchase

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Elite Dermal has the right to reject the return of goods which do not meet the criteria below:

 

1. The item must not be physically damaged from dropping it or mistreating it

 

2. The packaging and/or product is faulty or you have had a reaction to it (photographic evidence is required)

 

3. The item was purchased online (elitedermal.com.au) 

 

 

 

Sale Items and Gift Vouchers

 

Unfortunately sale items or gift vouchers cannot be refunded.

 

 

 

Damaged Boxes

 

We are sorry if your boxes were damaged, unfortunately these will not be eligible for returns as this may be a result of shipping handling, please contact Australia post if your items were shipped by them. You can phone Australia post customer service on 13 76 78.

 

 

 

Process

 

If you meet the criteria above and would like to start a return, you can contact us at elitedermalclinic@outlook.com.au. Please state your full name, order number and reason for return.

 

Please include whether you are requesting a refund or replacement product.

 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund/ replacement after inspecting the item within 5 working days

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or generate a new sale order to ship your replacement item.

 

Please allow 3 working days for the refunds to be approved.

Return Shipping Costs

 

Once we have approved the return/ replacement, we will send details to your email address on how to return the item at our cost. If you are returning an item as a result of change of mind, shipping your item to us will be at your own expense. 

 

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
