Take up to 4 tablets, twice a day, on an empty stomach, at least 20 minutes away from food (ie: allow at least 20 minutes on either side of a meal before taking Zilch. ie: two hours away from meals is fine!)
If you are sensitive, try taking Zilch Acne Formula 20 minutes after a meal.

Dosage is dependant on the severity of the acne:

• MILD: Take 2 tablets, twice a day.
• MODERATE: Take 3 tablets, twice a day.
• WORSE: Take 4 tablets, twice a day.
